Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders for shipment.
- Load and unload materials from trucks and containers.
- Perform inventory counts and assist with stock organization.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.
- Follow all Safety regulations and company policies.
- Use RF scanners to track inventory and order status.
- Conduct quality checks on products and outgoing shipments.
- Wear required PPE at all times while performing duties.
- Be able to perform frequent Lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
- Support the overall logistics process and contribute to team goals.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment is preferred. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting. Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good communication and interpersonal skills. A commitment to workplace Safety is essential. Must be reliable, punctual, and a team player. Basic understanding of logistics principles is a plus.
