We are actively seeking experienced Forklift Operators for our facility in Austin, Texas. This critical role involves the safe and efficient operation of forklifts to manage the movement of materials within our warehouse. Responsibilities include loading and unloading trucks, transporting goods to and from storage areas, and assisting with inventory management. A valid forklift certification and a demonstrated history of safe operation are required. This position demands a strong focus on Safety , including pre-operation equipment checks, adherence to traffic rules within the warehouse, and the correct use of PPE . Your role is integral to our Logistics network, ensuring that goods are handled properly and efficiently. The ability to perform manual Lifting and material handling tasks is also expected. Responsibilities:
- Safely operate various types of forklifts (sit-down, stand-up, reach trucks).
- Load and unload freight from trailers and into storage locations.
- Transport materials throughout the warehouse efficiently.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance checks on forklift equipment.
- Identify and report any safety hazards or equipment issues immediately.
- Assist with inventory counts and organization as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and warehouse operational procedures.
- Wear all mandated PPE correctly at all times.
- Support the overall efficiency of our Logistics operations.
- Capable of performing manual Lifting and material handling duties.
