We are seeking a reliable Warehouse Worker for our busy facility in Columbus, Ohio. This position is fundamental to our logistics operations, ensuring the efficient handling and organization of goods. As a Warehouse Worker, you will perform a variety of tasks including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. Safety is of the utmost importance; therefore, all team members must strictly adhere to safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE at all times. We are looking for energetic and dependable individuals with a strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:
- Receive and process incoming inventory.
- Sort, organize, and store merchandise.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately.
- Prepare shipments for dispatch, ensuring correct labeling.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety procedures, and regulations.
- Ensure the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Participate in inventory counts and stock checks.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious.
- Willingness to consistently wear and use required PPE.
