We are hiring a dedicated Picker/Packer to join our thriving warehouse in Dallas, Texas. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently fulfilling customer orders. Your primary duties will involve picking items from warehouse shelves based on order specifications, assembling orders, and preparing them for shipment. This requires a high level of accuracy and attention to detail to minimize errors. You will also be responsible for packaging items securely to prevent damage during transit, using appropriate packing materials and methods. This position is physically demanding, involving significant amounts of walking, standing, and Lifting of packages up to 50 lbs. Adherence to strict Safety guidelines and the consistent use of required PPE are non-negotiable. This is a key role within our logistics operations, directly impacting customer satisfaction. You will work in a dynamic warehouse environment, contributing to the smooth flow of goods and the timely dispatch of orders.
