Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor for our facility in San Antonio, Texas. This leadership position is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, including managing staff, ensuring efficient logistics, and maintaining a high standard of Safety. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in warehouse management, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of inventory control and Safety procedures. This is an excellent opportunity to take on responsibility and drive operational excellence in a key logistics hub.
Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and direct the daily activities of warehouse staff, including assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
  • Ensure efficient workflow for receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping operations.
  • Implement and enforce all warehouse Safety policies and procedures, ensuring the correct use of PPE by all team members.
  • Manage inventory levels and conduct regular audits to maintain accuracy.
  • Train, mentor, and evaluate warehouse personnel.
  • Optimize space utilization and maintain an organized warehouse environment.
  • Coordinate with other departments and external logistics partners.
  • Troubleshoot operational issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Oversee the safe operation of all warehouse equipment and adherence to maintenance schedules.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulations related to logistics and warehouse operations.
  • Must be able to demonstrate and assist with physical tasks including Lifting as needed.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in a warehouse supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, logistics, and inventory management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated commitment to workplace Safety and adherence to regulations.
  • Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is required.
  • Ability to perform occasional Lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree is a plus.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends.
