Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders using RF scanners and other warehouse technology.
- Inspect items for quality and accuracy before packing.
- Prepare shipments for delivery, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Load and unload delivery trucks as needed.
- Maintain an organized and clean work area to promote efficiency and Safety.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Participate in inventory management tasks and cycle counts.
- Support various aspects of the logistics workflow as directed.
- Be prepared for consistent Lifting of packages and products.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics role is preferred.
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to perform required Lifting duties, often involving items up to 40 lbs.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential.
- Commitment to Safety in all tasks.
