Join our bustling distribution center in Atlanta, Georgia, as a Picker/Packer! We are seeking enthusiastic and efficient individuals to accurately pick and pack customer orders. This role is fundamental to our e-commerce fulfillment process, ensuring that our customers receive their orders correctly and on time. You will be working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, navigating our warehouse using scanning technology and preparing items for shipment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, agile, and able to maintain a high level of productivity. Responsibilities include locating items in the warehouse, scanning products, verifying order accuracy, and packing items securely for transit. A strong understanding of warehouse operations and inventory systems is a plus. We maintain a rigorous commitment to Safety , requiring all team members to wear appropriate PPE , including high-visibility vests and sturdy footwear. This role involves considerable physical activity, including standing for extended periods, walking throughout the warehouse, and Lifting packages that can weigh up to 40 lbs. We are looking for individuals who are reliable, punctual, and have a positive attitude. Excellent teamwork skills are essential as you collaborate with colleagues to meet daily shipping targets.
