We are looking for a motivated Warehouse Associate to join our expanding team in Raleigh, North Carolina. In this versatile role, you will be involved in various warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, order picking, packing, and shipping. Your contributions will be essential to the smooth functioning of our distribution center and ensuring timely delivery of products to our customers. You will work with a team to maintain an organized and efficient workspace, utilizing warehouse equipment and technology. Responsibilities include accurately locating and retrieving items, preparing them for shipment, and ensuring that all tasks are completed according to company standards. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities are key. Safety is paramount in our operations, and all associates must strictly follow safety guidelines and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE). This position requires regular physical activity, including significant lifting and moving of products. Our logistics network relies on the dedication of our warehouse associates to maintain efficiency and accuracy. Comprehensive training on safe lifting techniques, hazard identification, and overall warehouse safety protocols will be provided, fostering a secure and productive environment within our logistics operations.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and put away incoming inventory.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Operate material handling equipment as needed (e.g., pallet jacks).
- Maintain inventory accuracy through careful handling and organization.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
- Adhere to all safety rules and wear required PPE.
- Meet or exceed productivity and quality standards.
- Participate in inventory counts and audits.
