We are hiring a Warehouse Worker in Boise, Idaho, to be a key player in our logistics operations! This position is integral to the smooth functioning of our warehouse, ensuring that inventory is managed effectively from arrival to dispatch. Your responsibilities will include receiving goods, stocking shelves, picking and packing orders, and preparing items for shipment. This role requires a good level of physical fitness, including the capacity for frequent Lifting, and a strong commitment to workplace safety. You will be provided with training on all necessary equipment and procedures, with an emphasis on the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Responsibilities:
- Receive, verify, and stock incoming shipments.
- Accurately pick items for customer orders and prepare them for shipment.
- Pack products securely to prevent damage during transit.
- Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse environment, adhering to safety standards.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks safely.
- Assist in inventory control processes, including cycle counts.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, especially regarding PPE and safety.
- Support the logistics team in achieving daily operational goals.
- Perform tasks requiring significant physical exertion and frequent Lifting.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in a warehouse or similar environment is preferred.
- Must be able to perform strenuous physical tasks, including regular Lifting.
- Awareness of and commitment to warehouse safety best practices.
- Proficiency in using required PPE.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
