We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Inventory Control Specialist to join our dynamic logistics team in Seattle, Washington. This role is crucial for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our warehouse inventory, ensuring efficient operations and minimizing discrepancies. As an Inventory Control Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing and overseeing inventory management procedures, conducting regular cycle counts, investigating stock variances, and reconciling inventory records. You will utilize our Warehouse Management System (WMS) to track stock levels, monitor incoming and outgoing shipments, and generate inventory reports. Your keen eye for detail will help identify potential issues and implement solutions to improve overall inventory accuracy. This position requires a strong understanding of warehouse operations and logistics principles. The ideal candidate will have experience with inventory software, possess excellent analytical skills, and be adept at problem-solving. You will work closely with receiving, shipping, and operations teams to ensure seamless inventory flow. Adherence to all safety protocols, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), is paramount. The ability to perform moderate Lifting, up to 30 lbs, is also expected.
