Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Distribution Center Associate to join our growing team in Raleigh, North Carolina. This role is essential for the efficient operation of our state-of-the-art logistics facility. You will be involved in various aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving and put-away of goods, order fulfillment (picking and packing), and preparing shipments for dispatch. Safety is our top priority, and you will receive comprehensive training on all Safety procedures, equipment operation, and the mandatory use of PPE. We are looking for individuals who are proactive, detail-oriented, and possess the physical stamina required for this role, including regular Lifting of products up to 60 lbs. Responsibilities:
  • Accurately receive, verify, and put away incoming inventory using RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS).
  • Efficiently pick products from designated locations to fulfill customer orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Pack orders using appropriate materials to ensure product integrity and safety during transit.
  • Prepare outbound shipments, including labeling, staging, and loading onto transport vehicles.
  • Operate various material handling equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and proficiently (certification may be required).
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with company policies and OSHA standards.
  • Participate in regular inventory cycle counts and assist with stocktaking procedures.
  • Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures, including the correct use of all required PPE.
  • Identify and report any potential Safety hazards or operational inefficiencies to management.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to meet and exceed daily performance targets.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Previous experience in a distribution center, warehouse, or logistics role is highly desirable.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including consistent Lifting of up to 60 lbs, bending, stooping, and standing for long durations.
  • Familiarity with warehouse equipment operation (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks).
  • Strong understanding of warehouse Safety protocols and best practices.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Must be able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
