We are hiring a Warehouse Associate in Denver, Colorado to support our growing logistics operations. This role is critical for maintaining the efficiency and accuracy of our distribution center. You will be involved in all aspects of warehouse management, including receiving shipments, stocking shelves, picking and packing orders, and preparing items for dispatch. We are seeking energetic individuals who are committed to upholding high standards of Safety and productivity. Your ability to follow instructions precisely and work collaboratively with your colleagues will be essential. The job requires physical stamina, including regular Lifting of inventory items up to 55 lbs. Full training on equipment and Safety protocols, including the mandatory use of PPE, will be provided. Responsibilities:
- Receive, identify, and store incoming goods in the correct warehouse locations.
- Sort and organize inventory, ensuring proper stock rotation and accessibility.
- Accurately pick items from inventory based on order specifications, using pick lists or RF scanners.
- Assemble and pack orders with care, ensuring all items are present and securely packaged for transit.
- Prepare orders for shipment, applying labels and staging them for carrier pickup.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently (certification may be required for some equipment).
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment in compliance with all company policies and regulations.
- Participate in inventory control activities, including cycle counts and stock takes.
- Strictly adhere to all Safety procedures and wear required PPE at all times.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned by supervisors.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability to perform physical tasks, including consistent Lifting of merchandise.
- Familiarity with warehouse Safety standards and best practices.
- Knowledge of inventory management principles and logistics operations.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet performance targets.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to Safety and proactive hazard identification.
