You will be responsible for receiving and processing inbound shipments, accurately picking and packing customer orders, and preparing items for shipment. A commitment to maintaining a safe and organized workspace is crucial, along with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. We are seeking individuals with a strong work ethic, a keen eye for detail, and excellent teamwork skills. The position requires the ability to perform tasks involving regular lifting of up to 50 lbs and the safe operation of warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks. Adherence to all company safety policies and the proper utilization of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is mandatory. Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming inventory.
- Pick orders accurately using order sheets or scanners.
- Pack products securely and efficiently for shipping.
- Label packages and prepare them for dispatch.
- Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment safely.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse.
- Participate in inventory cycle counts.
- Follow all safety regulations and guidelines.
- Wear required PPE.
- Communicate with supervisors and team members about workflow.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior warehouse or logistics experience is beneficial.
- Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Understanding of warehouse safety procedures and PPE.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Physical stamina for standing, walking, and lifting.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Reliable and punctual.
