Responsibilities:
- Accurately retrieve products from inventory based on customer orders.
- Verify items and quantities before packing.
- Package items securely to prevent damage during transit, utilizing various packing materials.
- Apply shipping labels and documentation accurately.
- Meet established productivity and quality standards for picking and packing.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the packing and picking areas.
- Report any inventory discrepancies or equipment malfunctions.
- Adhere strictly to all safety procedures and utilize appropriate PPE.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for the duration of the shift.
- Comfortable lifting items up to 50 pounds.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Understanding of basic warehouse procedures is beneficial.
- Must comply with all safety regulations and wear provided PPE.
