We are seeking enthusiastic Warehouse Workers for our San Diego, California facility. This position is essential to our daily logistics operations, involving a variety of tasks from receiving to shipping. You will handle inventory, process orders, and contribute to the overall efficiency of our distribution center. Success in this role requires a strong work ethic, the ability to perform manual tasks including considerable Lifting, and a dedication to maintaining a Safe work environment. Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately are key. You will be part of a collaborative team, ensuring that all products are handled with care and that customer orders are fulfilled promptly. Familiarity with warehouse equipment is advantageous. Ensure all safety regulations are followed, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and process incoming inventory.
- Store products in designated warehouse locations.
- Accurately pick and pack items for customer orders.
- Prepare goods for shipment, including labeling and staging.
- Operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
- Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse.
- Perform regular inventory checks.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures.
- Utilize provided PPE correctly.
Requirements:
- Must be able to perform tasks involving regular Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and operate warehouse machinery.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Team-oriented with good communication skills.
- Commitment to Safety and following all directives.
