This role involves a variety of tasks, including receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, and managing inventory. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be a vital part of our logistics network, ensuring the smooth flow of goods through our facility. A strong commitment to safety is essential, and all employees are required to adhere to safety protocols and use appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and stock incoming inventory.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided if needed).
- Conduct inventory counts and assist with stock organization.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Assist with shipping and receiving documentation.
- Support overall logistics and supply chain operations.
- Contribute to a positive and productive team environment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is beneficial but not required.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Commitment to safety and adherence to all PPE requirements.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable and punctual.
