We are seeking a dedicated Picker/Packer to join our efficient logistics team in Phoenix, Arizona. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring that customer orders are accurately picked and carefully packed for shipment, contributing directly to our company's success in the competitive e-commerce landscape. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to upholding the highest standards of safety and productivity in a fast-paced warehouse setting. You will play a crucial part in our supply chain, ensuring that products reach our customers in perfect condition and on time. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves and designated locations according to order specifications.
- Inspect picked items for damage or defects before packing.
- Carefully pack items into appropriate shipping containers, ensuring product safety and correct labeling.
- Verify order accuracy against pick lists or scanning equipment data.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work station and general warehouse area.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and regulations, including the proper use of PPE.
- Participate in inventory checks and stock replenishment activities.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational targets and deadlines.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in picking, packing, or general warehouse operations is preferred.
- Physical capability to stand for extended periods, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is a plus.
- A proactive approach to safety and the correct application of PPE.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
