We are seeking a motivated and reliable Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic logistics team in San Antonio, Texas. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the efficient flow of goods through our distribution center. Your responsibilities will include receiving, processing, and distributing incoming stock, as well as fulfilling and preparing orders for shipment. You will work closely with other warehouse staff to maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment. A strong commitment to safety protocols and efficient operations is essential. Responsibilities:
- Loading and unloading of freight.
- Picking and filling orders from stock.
- Packing and labeling merchandise for shipment.
- Processing and documenting incoming stock and merchandise.
- Ensuring accuracy of inventory and reporting any discrepancies.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area.
- Operating warehouse equipment as needed.
- Adhering to all safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to perform frequent Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
- Commitment to maintaining a Safe work environment.
- Willingness to wear required PPE.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods.
