We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Picker/Packer to join our dynamic logistics team in Cincinnati, Ohio. As a Picker/Packer, you will be responsible for accurately picking orders, preparing them for shipment, and ensuring that all items are packed securely and efficiently. This role is crucial to our supply chain operations, directly impacting customer satisfaction. You will work in a fast-paced warehouse environment, collaborating with team members to meet daily targets. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team are essential for success in this position. We are committed to providing a safe working environment and expect all employees to adhere to our strict safety protocols. This includes the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times. The ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds, is a requirement of this role.
