We are seeking a motivated Fulfillment Associate to join our growing team in Washington, D.C. This role is essential for ensuring that customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently, from receiving to shipment. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be involved in various aspects of our **Logistics** operations, including order picking, packing, inventory management, and general warehouse upkeep. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders using our WMS.
- Receive, verify, and stock incoming merchandise.
- Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring correct labeling and packaging.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and assist in maintaining inventory accuracy.
- Operate material handling equipment safely (e.g., pallet jacks).
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all **Safety** regulations.
- Proper use of required **PPE**.
- Assist with shipping and receiving as needed.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of the **Logistics** flow.
- Adhere to all **Lifting** guidelines and best practices.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment center is advantageous.
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
- Capable of **Lifting** up to 40 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Familiarity with **Logistics** principles and warehouse operations.
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
- Understanding and adherence to **Safety** procedures and **PPE** requirements.
