We are looking for energetic and detail-oriented Picker/Packers to join our warehouse team in Madison, Wisconsin. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking items from warehouse shelves and then carefully packing them for shipment. This is a key position in our Logistics chain, directly impacting customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include using RF scanners or pick sheets to locate and gather products, ensuring the right items and quantities are selected. Following the picking process, you will then assemble customer orders, pack them securely using appropriate materials, and prepare them for shipping carriers. Attention to detail is critical to minimize errors and ensure product integrity during transit. This role requires consistent physical activity, including walking, standing, bending, and reaching throughout the shift. You must be comfortable with Lifting items weighing up to 40 lbs. Maintaining a clean and organized workspace is essential, and adherence to all Safety guidelines, including the mandatory use of PPE , is non-negotiable.
