Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff activities
- Plan and oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, and shipping
- Implement and enforce safety policies and procedures, including proper use of PPE
- Manage inventory levels and ensure accuracy
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflows for maximum efficiency
- Operate and maintain warehouse equipment
- Liaise with other departments and external partners to ensure smooth logistics
- Train new employees on warehouse procedures and safety protocols
- Generate reports on warehouse performance and inventory
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations
