We are looking for a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our vibrant team in Virginia Beach, Virginia. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of our distribution center, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in all tasks. This position requires a strong commitment to teamwork, a willingness to learn, and a focus on maintaining a safe and productive work environment. Your efforts directly contribute to the success of our logistics operations.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
- Receive and put away incoming inventory.
- Load and unload trucks.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided or certification required).
- Maintain inventory accuracy through careful handling and documentation.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, including safety protocols.
- Perform general labor tasks and assist where needed.
- Engage in regular Lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team atmosphere.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous warehouse experience is a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Must be able to perform tasks requiring significant Lifting.
Familiarity with basic logistics and warehouse management.
Commitment to following safety guidelines and wearing appropriate PPE.
