We are seeking a motivated and dependable Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team in Las Vegas, Nevada. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks critical to the smooth operation of our distribution center. Your day-to-day activities will include receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, and managing inventory. You will work closely with a team to ensure accuracy and efficiency in all warehouse operations. We prioritize a safe and productive work environment, providing all necessary training and equipment. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and stock incoming inventory accurately.
- Pick and pack orders according to customer specifications.
- Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Conduct inventory counts and assist with stock management.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production goals.
- Ensure proper use of PPE at all times.
- Assist with shipping and receiving documentation.
- Must be able to perform manual tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience preferred, but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
- Basic understanding of logistics principles is a plus.
- Must be comfortable with standing, walking, and lifting for extended periods.
