Job Summary:
Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Associate in Baltimore, Maryland. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the daily operations of our busy facility. You will be involved in a variety of tasks, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
  • Stock shelves and designated storage areas accurately.
  • Pick and pack orders according to customer specifications.
  • Prepare outgoing shipments for transit.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the warehouse.
  • Operate basic warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and dollies.
  • Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures, including the use of PPE.
  • Follow proper Lifting techniques to ensure personal Safety and prevent product damage.
  • Support the Logistics team with operational tasks as needed.
  • Participate in regular inventory counts and audits.

Qualifications:
  • Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including consistent Lifting up to 40 lbs.
  • Knowledge of general warehouse Safety practices.
  • Familiarity with basic Logistics concepts is a plus.
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to punctuality.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team setting.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
