We are seeking motivated Picker/Packers to join our bustling warehouse team in Los Angeles, California. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately selecting items from inventory and preparing them for shipment to our valued customers. Your attention to detail and efficiency are key to ensuring order accuracy and customer satisfaction. This position is fundamental to our **logistics** operations, requiring a sharp eye and a commitment to speed and precision. You will work collaboratively with your team to meet daily targets in a dynamic environment. We prioritize a **safe** work setting and provide all the necessary **PPE** to protect our employees. Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders using RF scanners and order sheets.
- Inspect products for quality and ensure they meet standards before packing.
- Package items securely and efficiently into appropriate shipping containers.
- Apply shipping labels and prepare packages for dispatch.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all warehouse **safety** protocols and guidelines.
- Assist with receiving and stocking duties as needed.
- Contribute to team efforts and support colleagues.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in a picking/packing or warehouse role is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work at a steady pace and meet performance goals.
- Comfortable performing physical tasks including standing, walking, and **lifting** up to 40 lbs.
- Willingness to use **PPE** as directed by **safety** guidelines.
- Familiarity with **logistics** processes is a plus.
