We are looking for a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our team in Los Angeles, California. This role is vital to our operations, ensuring that our warehouse runs smoothly and efficiently. As a Warehouse Associate, you will perform a wide range of duties, including receiving and processing incoming stock, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and staging orders for delivery, and participating in inventory management. You'll work closely with a team to meet daily operational goals. We emphasize a strong commitment to safety, and all associates are required to follow established procedures and utilize the appropriate PPE. The ideal candidate possesses a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Experience with warehouse management systems is a plus. Your responsibilities will also include maintaining a clean and organized workspace, operating material handling equipment, and ensuring the quality of outgoing shipments. This position offers a chance to build a career in the logistics and distribution sector. Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately receive, inspect, and store incoming merchandise.
- Efficiently pick, pack, and stage customer orders.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with cycle counting.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Adhere strictly to all Safety guidelines, including wearing required PPE.
- Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse.
- Significant amounts of Lifting and moving inventory will be part of the daily tasks.
