Our St. Louis, Missouri location is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead and motivate our warehouse team. This critical role involves overseeing daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of goods. You will be responsible for managing staff schedules, providing training and performance feedback, and ensuring adherence to all Safety regulations and company policies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in warehouse management, strong leadership skills, and the ability to optimize workflow and efficiency within the Logistics environment. You will play a key role in maintaining a safe working environment, ensuring all team members are equipped with and use the correct PPE, and conducting regular Safety inspections. This position requires the ability to handle moderate to heavy Lifting and operate warehouse equipment safely. You will also be involved in inventory control, discrepancy resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities are essential.
