We are looking for energetic and dedicated Fulfillment Associates to join our advanced logistics center in Los Angeles, California. In this role, you will be integral to the smooth flow of goods, ensuring orders are processed accurately and efficiently from receipt to dispatch. Your contributions will directly impact our ability to serve our customers effectively. This position requires a strong commitment to teamwork, accuracy, and a keen eye for detail within a dynamic warehouse setting.
Responsibilities:
- Process inbound and outbound shipments accurately and efficiently.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment, ensuring quality and correctness.
- Operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks and order pickers.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, following all company standards.
- Conduct inventory checks and assist in managing stock levels.
- Identify and report any issues with inventory, equipment, or processes to management.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and utilize required PPE.
- Meet established performance metrics for productivity and accuracy.
Requirements:
- Must be able to stand and move throughout the warehouse for the duration of the shift.
- Ability to perform tasks involving frequent bending, stooping, and lifting (up to 50 lbs).
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Prior experience in a warehouse or fulfillment setting is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts and overtime as business needs dictate.
- Must wear company-provided PPE, including safety vests and footwear.
