Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders using RF scanners and pick sheets.
- Stock and organize merchandise in designated warehouse locations.
- Inspect products for damage and ensure quality standards are met.
- Prepare shipments for dispatch, including labeling and proper packaging.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Participate in inventory control activities such as cycle counts.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned by management.
- Perform required Lifting of packages and materials throughout the shift.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics role is preferred.
- Ability to read and understand pick lists and product information.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Comfortable with physical tasks, including frequent Lifting of up to 40 lbs.
- Understanding of warehouse Safety practices and the importance of PPE.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Flexibility to work different shifts as needed.
