Join our innovative Distribution Center team in Boston, Massachusetts, as a Distribution Center Associate. This versatile role supports various aspects of our warehouse operations, ensuring the efficient flow of goods from receipt to shipment. You will engage in tasks such as receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping, contributing to the overall success of our logistics network. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments.
- Stock and organize inventory in designated areas.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and documentation.
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided).
- Conduct inventory counts and assist with inventory accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Comply with all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations, including proper use of PPE.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment is beneficial.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Basic computer skills are an advantage.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and the importance of PPE in logistics.
