Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming inventory.
- Pick and pack orders accurately for distribution.
- Stock shelves and organize inventory within the warehouse.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks safely.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, following all safety protocols and utilizing required PPE.
- Perform inventory cycle counts and assist with stock management.
- Load outgoing shipments onto delivery vehicles.
- Report any damages or discrepancies to supervisors.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures related to warehouse logistics and safety.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is beneficial but not required.
- Ability to perform physical duties, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to follow directions and work cooperably with others.
- Commitment to safety standards and proper use of PPE.
- Reliable and punctual.
