What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Manage and supervise the sales administration team responsible for estimation, quote entry, and contract processing Oversee preparation and accuracy of sales quotations and proposals, ensuring technical specifications are properly incorporated Coordinate collection, review, and management of project specifications and drawings Develop and implement standardized processes to improve efficiency in sales administration activities Train and develop sales administration staff to enhance their skills and performance
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field preferred 5+ years of experience in sales support or sales administration, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management capacity Strong understanding of sales processes, contract management, and technical documentation Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills Proficiency with CRM systems, sales quoting software, and Microsoft Office Suite
