Qualifications We Require: Active Health Insurance License:
or the capability to obtain one.
Must reside in the designated territory to effectively serve the community.
Comfortable with daily in-home interactions and community engagement through service and events.
Valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle insurance meeting state requirements.
Preferred Qualifications: Active Life and Variable Annuity Insurance License.
Experience selling Medicare products.
Background in public speaking or group presentations.
Associate's or Bachelor’s degree.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools—Teams, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Bilingualism:
Fluency in English and Spanish is an asset.
Additional Information: This role falls under Humana's Driving Safety and Vehicle Management Program, requiring license validation and MVR review.
Non-English speakers will undergo a language proficiency assessment to ensure effective communication with members.
Selected candidates may need to provide their social security number during the application process for personal identity verification.
