Position Overview:
We're hiring a
Scheduler / Assistant Project Manager
to support our project management team. This role involves creating and maintaining construction schedules, coordinating project documentation, and assisting in day-to-day project management tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, update, and track project schedules using software such as Primavera P6 or MS Project
- Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, and subcontractors to ensure schedule accuracy
- Assist with submittals, RFIs, change orders, and meeting minutes
- Help manage budgets, timelines, and project documentation
- Support project closeout and reporting
Qualifications:
- Degree or diploma in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of experience in construction scheduling or project coordination
- Strong understanding of construction processes and sequencing
- Proficient with scheduling software (Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar)
- Excellent communication and organization skills
