About the role:

As Product Manager Lead at Uride, you'll drive the strategic direction of our product ecosystem. Reporting directly to the VP of Technology, you'll oversee end-to-end product delivery, aligning vision, design, and execution to solve real-world problems for underserved communities. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with deep product intuition, technical fluency, and a passion for impact-driven innovation.

What you'll do:

  • Own the product roadmap and prioritise initiatives aligned with business goals, user needs, and technical feasibility.
  • Lead cross-functional squads including engineering, design, marketing, and operations to ship impactful products.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define clear product requirements and success metrics.
  • Drive product discovery through user research, data analysis, and market insights.
  • Translate complex problems into simple, scalable solutions with measurable outcomes.
  • Champion iterative development, continuous improvement, and agile best practices.
  • Mentor and guide other Product Managers, fostering a culture of ownership and collaboration.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of product management experience with at least 2 years in a lead or senior capacity.
  • Proven track record of launching successful digital products in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong technical understanding, with the ability to work closely with engineering teams (e.g., API design, system constraints).
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to align diverse stakeholders around a common vision.
  • Experience with agile methodologies, backlog grooming, and sprint planning.
  • Data-driven mindset with proficiency in product analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA).

Nice to Have:

  • Background in ridesharing, logistics, marketplace, or platform-based businesses
  • Familiarity with remote team dynamics and asynchronous workflows.
  • Experience scaling products for international markets.
  • Knowledge of UX principles and working directly with design teams
  • Exposure to AI/ML-enabled features or data products
  • Familiarity with tools like Jira, Figma, Mixpanel, Notion, or similar
  • Background in UX research, data science, or technical product development
  • Nunavut, Canada
