Qualifications:

• minimum 1 year of proven data entry work experience, as a Data Entry Operator or Office Clerk;
• high school diploma, additional computer training or certification will be an asset;
• experience with MS Office and data programs;
• knowledge of techniques for document control, tracking, distribution and follow-ups
• familiarity with administrative duties;
• excellent typing speed and accuracy;
• excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar and punctuation;
• great attention to details and strong organization skills;
• ability to maintain confidentiality;
• mature personality and sound judgement skills;
• act in a professional and ethical manner at all times
