Join our vibrant team as a Picker/Packer in Salt Lake City, Utah. This role is fundamental to ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and efficiently. You will be responsible for selecting specific items from warehouse inventory based on order specifications and then preparing those items for shipment. Precision and speed are key in this fast-paced logistics environment. Daily tasks include accurately identifying products using pick sheets or RF scanners, verifying quantities, and ensuring items are in good condition. Following this, you will carefully package the selected items, choosing appropriate materials to protect them during transit and ensuring correct labeling. Maintaining a clean and orderly workspace is essential for efficiency and Safety. You must strictly adhere to all warehouse safety protocols and guidelines, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) provided. While the primary focus is on picking and packing, you may be asked to assist with other warehouse duties, which could involve some Lifting or moving of stock. We are looking for individuals with excellent attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Reliability and punctuality are highly valued. Experience in a similar warehouse or fulfillment role is a plus, but we are keen to train enthusiastic individuals.
