Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from inventory using pick lists or scanning devices.
- Inspect picked items for any damage or defects.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently, selecting appropriate packaging materials.
- Apply shipping labels and prepare packages for carrier pickup.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of workstations and surrounding areas.
- Adhere to all company policies and Safety procedures.
- Assist with other warehouse tasks as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a picking/packing or warehouse role is an advantage.
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Capability of moderate physical activity, including occasional Lifting up to 30 lbs.
- Familiarity with required PPE , such as gloves and safety shoes.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
