Our dynamic distribution center in Cincinnati, Ohio, is seeking dedicated Distribution Center Associates to join our team. In this role, you will be involved in a variety of essential warehouse functions that support our overall logistics and supply chain operations. Responsibilities may include receiving and stocking inventory, picking and packing orders accurately, preparing shipments, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. We are looking for individuals who are reliable, motivated, and possess a strong work ethic. Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments, verifying contents against documentation.
- Stock inventory in appropriate locations, ensuring proper organization and rotation.
- Accurately pick items from warehouse locations based on customer orders and pick lists.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipment, ensuring product protection.
- Assist with the loading and unloading of trucks.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work area, adhering to all established safety guidelines.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if trained and certified).
- Participate in inventory counts and other inventory control activities.
- Wear and utilize all mandated Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) throughout the shift.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution center, or logistics role is strongly preferred.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and perform repetitive motions for extended periods.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
- Understanding and adherence to safety regulations.
