This position requires physical stamina and a sharp focus on operational procedures. Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate industrial forklifts to move, stack, and retrieve inventory.
- Load and unload freight from trucks and trailers with precision and care.
- Transport materials to designated storage areas or staging locations.
- Conduct daily inspections of forklift equipment and report any issues promptly.
- Assist with inventory cycle counts and maintaining accurate stock levels.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all warehouse safety standards.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, including mandatory PPE usage.
- Support overall warehouse and logistics functions as needed.
Previous, verifiable experience as a Forklift Operator is mandatory. A valid forklift operator certification is required. Must be capable of regular lifting up to 50 pounds. Strong knowledge of warehouse safety protocols and practices is essential. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
