Job Summary:
We are seeking a meticulous and organized Inventory Control Specialist to join our growing team in Nashville, Tennessee. In this critical role, you will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our warehouse inventory. Your duties will include conducting cycle counts, investigating discrepancies, managing stock levels, and implementing process improvements to enhance overall logistics efficiency. This position requires a sharp analytical mind, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. Maintaining a safe work environment is paramount, and all employees are expected to adhere to safety protocols and utilize Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). While direct lifting may be less frequent than in other warehouse roles, a general understanding of warehouse operations and logistics is beneficial. You will be instrumental in ensuring that our inventory data is precise, which directly impacts our ability to fulfill orders promptly and accurately.   • Perform regular cycle counts and physical inventory checks.

  • Implement and adhere to inventory control procedures and best practices.
  • Ensure a safe and organized warehouse environment, following all safety guidelines.
  • Collaborate with warehouse staff to improve inventory accuracy and efficiency.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements within inventory management and logistics.
