Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable Material Handler to join our dynamic team in Phoenix, Arizona! As a Material Handler, you will be instrumental in ensuring the efficient flow of goods within our logistics facility. Your responsibilities will include receiving, storing, and preparing materials for distribution. This involves operating equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks, as well as performing manual tasks to move and organize inventory. A strong commitment to safety is paramount; you will be expected to strictly follow all company safety protocols and correctly use all required PPE . This role involves significant physical activity, including frequent lifting of items up to 60 lbs. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials.
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely.
  • Load and unload trucks and containers.
  • Organize and maintain inventory in designated warehouse locations.
  • Prepare materials for outgoing shipments.
  • Conduct routine checks and basic maintenance on warehouse equipment.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Adhere strictly to all safety policies and procedures.
  • Properly wear and utilize all designated PPE .
  • Perform manual tasks, including significant lifting , as required.
  • Support the overall efficiency of our logistics operations.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Previous experience as a Material Handler or in a similar warehouse role is preferred.
  • Proficiency in operating forklifts and pallet jacks.
  • Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures and the use of PPE .
  • Ability to perform heavy manual tasks, including frequent lifting up to 60 lbs.
  • Good physical stamina and dexterity.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team.
  • Reliable and punctual.
  • Familiarity with logistics and inventory control systems is a plus.
