Job Summary:
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Distribution Center Associates to join our expanding logistics operations in Charlotte, North Carolina. In this multifaceted role, you will contribute to the efficient flow of goods through our state-of-the-art facility. Responsibilities may include order picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory management. A strong understanding of warehouse procedures and a commitment to accuracy are essential for success. This position demands physical stamina and adherence to strict safety standards, including the consistent use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Responsibilities:
  • Perform various warehouse tasks such as picking, packing, sorting, and loading/unloading.
  • Operate powered industrial trucks (forklifts, pallet jacks) as required, after certification.
  • Conduct inventory counts and assist with stock organization.
  • Ensure accuracy in order fulfillment and shipping documentation.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
  • Strictly adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of PPE.
  • Identify and report any operational inefficiencies or safety hazards.
  • Meet performance targets for productivity and quality.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment is highly desirable.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including standing, walking, and repetitive motions.
  • Must be able to perform frequent lifting of items weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and shifts as needed.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and proper use of PPE within a logistics setting.
  • Certification on powered industrial trucks is a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
