We are seeking energetic Warehouse Workers to join our team in Fort Worth, Texas. This role is integral to our logistics operations, ensuring the efficient handling and movement of goods. You'll be responsible for receiving inventory, stocking shelves, fulfilling orders, and preparing shipments. Safety is our top priority, and all employees are required to use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and follow strict Safety protocols. The job involves regular Lifting of materials, so physical stamina is essential. Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming stock for damage or discrepancies.
- Sort and store inventory in the correct locations.
- Pick and pack orders accurately based on customer requirements.
- Load and unload delivery trucks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counting.
- Adhere to all Safety guidelines and company policies.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely when required.
Qualifications:
- Ability to perform consistent Lifting of goods up to 40 lbs.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus.
- Basic reading and math skills.
- Commitment to wearing required PPE.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Dependable and punctual attendance.
- Understanding of Safety standards in a Logistics setting.
