Sr Business Analyst Logistics/Transportation
opened with the
Titan Transformation
program as we deploy SAP across North America plants. This role focuses on driving a successful transformation in outbound logistics as we transition from legacy systems to SAPs latest version. Youll collaborate across projects to ensure end-to-end business needs are met, lead requirements gathering, and support continuous improvement through data analysis and problem-solving. As part of Schneider Electrics North America digital transformation team, youll bring an agile mindset and add value to Global Supply Chain. This position requires up to 30%-50% travel within the US, Canada, and Mexico. What will you do? Lead the identification of logistics/transportation business requirements and develop the customer story backlog for SAP. Serve as a Change Agent, supporting the Product Owner in resolving issues between legacy and future state ERP systems. Manage transfer of SAP knowledge to key users, data owners, and local management teams. Work with key stakeholders to identify and understand their needs. Capture feedback from users and identify enhancements to existing functionality. Lead and participate in stakeholder workshops. Create and validate end-to-end process flows for manufacturing plants. Contribute to localization of project documentation (training materials, test scripts, etc.). Be accountable for site readiness (planning, support, audit, training). Be the business representative for the program with an understanding of current logistics/transportation processes and systems.

Be accountable for business transformation, solution decisions, data accuracy, and organizational change management. Participate in end?user training. Hold key users and data owners accountable for project deliverables. Lead the key users and project team participation in solution testing.
Working conditions
Tight deadlines and multiple priorities, requiring decisive decision making in a fast?paced environment. Willing to work outside the standard 85 schedule, across time zones, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends as required by tight project deadlines.
What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field. 35 years of work experience in logistics, shipping, and transportation. Knowledge of outbound shipping processes for manufacturing plants and distribution centers, including load tendering, carrier selection, and route management. Experience with shipping flows for engineer?to?order, configure?to?order, make?to?order, and make?to?stock. Strong data analysis skills. System experience with SAP Transportation Management, Transportation Management Systems, Manhattan Warehouse Management System, and Global Trade Services. Change management and communication skills. Leadership and management capabilities. Skills in listening, negotiation, decision?making, and problem?solving. Ability to learn and work in new information technology systems. Ability to collaborate in a multicultural environment.
