Our mission is to bridge the gap between business and technology by developing, integrating, and optimizing essential tools like Pipedrive, Zendesk, and Retool. We strive to create a cohesive ecosystem with streamlined workflows, organized data, and actionable insights that empower seller-facing teams, including Biz Dev, Onboarders, KAM, and Seller Support. We maximize their efficiency and impact by improving applications, integrating tools, automating and creating processes, structuring data, training teams, and documenting workflows. We are looking for a highly motivated Business Applications Intern to join our team in Brussels. Reporting to the Business Applications Leader, you will help manage and optimize internal tools, automate processes, and support change management initiatives. Your contributions will directly improve the daily operations of our teams and enhance the efficiency of our marketplace. If you enjoy problem-solving, working with business applications, and optimizing processes to make teams work smarter, this internship is for you! Responsibilities & Missions As a Business Applications Intern, you will: Work on the tools ecosystem to support business (Pipedrive CRM, Zendesk, Retool, etc.) Build new automations and features using Zapier to connect tools and solutions as well as improve internal processes Manage end-to-end digital projects from design to development, implementation, and change management Identify opportunities for tool optimization and automationto enhance team efficiency and performance Maintain tools and provide continuous support to users to ensure smooth operations for internal teams Be the bridge between business and technical teams Analyze data and provide insights to improve operational efficiency Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, support, tech, data, finance, etc.) to enhance internal tool usage Final-year Bachelor or Master's students from a business or engineering school Fluent in English (all communications and meetings are in English) Strong a...
