The Home Health RN provides direct and indirect nursing care to patients of all ages in their homes, following physician orders and nursing protocols. This role requires an Oregon RN license, BLS certification, and relevant acute care experience, including pediatric care. RN – PMMC Home Health

Schedule: Full Time Day Shift

Service Locations: Jackson and Josephine counties

The Registered Professional Nurse, under the direction of the Home Health Clinical Supervisor and on order of the physician, is accountable for direct and indirect quality care for patients of all ages, according to the individualized needs of the patient, following the nursing process and in accordance with the Oregon State Board of Nurse Practice Act.

Required Qualifications:

• Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement.
• Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire.
• 1 year - Medical/surgical experience in an acute care setting required for Home Health RN.
• 2 years - Pediatric experience in an acute care setting for RN caring for pediatric patient.

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
