Roles and Responsibilities Writing test scripts based on requirements Documenting test results Following up with business stakeholders to clarify requirements Following up with developers to get fixes into QA Experience with test documentation tools like Quality Center or capable of creating their own tools using Excel Understand the needs of a QA environment Production?like: uses the same code as production, except for whats being tested, and has similar data to production Integrated: has working interfaces to the test environments in other systems Controlled: at any time the QA team knows who is changing what in the QA environment 3+ years of QA experience Understands the SDLC in agile and waterfall Can communicate well in writing
