*Position Details*
* *Title:* Associate Dentist
* *Location:* Lancaster, PA
* *Reports To:* Lead Dentist
* *Schedule:* Part Time (2-3 days)
* *Compensation:* 30% of net production – tiered to 35%
*What You’ll Do*
* Provide excellent patient care aligned with our clinical philosophy
* Implement practice policies, protocols, and processes
* Stay compliant with state & federal laws
* Educate patients and promote preventative oral health
* Diagnose conditions using AI, intraoral photos, and radiographs
* Perform a wide range of dental treatments
* Maintain detailed and accurate patient records
* Work toward and achieve daily production goals
*What We’re Looking For*
* *Current dental license* (PA)
* *DEA registration*
* 1–2 years of experience preferred (but new grads welcome!)
* Strong communication skills and a passion for patient education
* A team player eager to contribute to a growing practice
